The Word about the Cross. Journey 2010.
February 17 - April 4

This year’s Journey to the Cross is based on 1 Corinthians 1:18 where Paul says, “For the word about the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.” Dr. Somerville will introduce the series during the Ash Wednesday service Feb. 17 at 6:30 in the Sanctuary. Staff and lay speakers will share each Wednesday during the Season of Lent, right up to Easter Sunday.
