Changes That Heal

Fee: $35

People often suffer from emotional problems: anxiety, loneliness, grief over broken relationships, resentment, and feels of inadequacy. ‘Changes That Heal’ teaches that there are spiritual solutions to the challenges of life. Dr. Henry Cloud says that God is able to do four things we, as humans, have difficulty doing:

  • Bond with others
  • Separate from others
  • Sort out issues of good and bad
  • Take charge as an adult

Changes That Heal will challenge participants to grow in the image of God.

Boundaries

Fee: $35

Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend offer biblically based insight in helping participants learn to set healthy boundaries with parents, spouses, children, friends, co-workers, and even ourselves.
