Having trouble with the webcast?

Some common problems are "hearing the audio twice" or "an echo effect with the sound." This sometimes happens when your computer has trouble receiving the new data and playing it out at the same time. Try stopping the player for a few seconds and restarting. If that doesn't work, try closing your web browser and reopening it. If that doesn't work, reboot your computer and try again.

If you can't connect to the webcast at all, it may be because we've reached the maximum number of simultaneous viewers. (Due to budget realities, we don't have an unlimited number of connections.) Try connecting a little later; someone may have disconnected, leaving an "empty seat."

If you click the play button and you get a "Media not found" message, that means the webcast has not yet begun. Try connecting between the hours of 8:30 and 9:30, or 11 and noon Sunday morning.

If you experience any other issues, we'd like to hear from you. Please comment in the space provided on the webcast page, or send an email message to us.
